I Face Major Quality Issues With The North Face Gorotex Off Rail Shoes

Around 6–7 months ago, we purchased a pair of The North Face Gorotex Off Rail shoes from The North Face store in Kocaeli Outlet Center. Within the first two months of use, we began experiencing serious quality issues — including holes forming in the soles, tears on the sides, and visible wear and deformation in the inner lining. Despite using the shoes carefully and regularly, such extensive problems in such a short time were deeply disappointing.
We kept the purchase receipt and contacted the store to report the issue. However, we were told that even if we sent the product in, it would likely be dismissed as “user error”, and therefore, the issue would not be covered. We find this attitude unacceptable and believe our consumer rights have been overlooked.
It’s unreasonable for a high-priced product to show this level of damage so soon after purchase. I am requesting a full refund, as I no longer have confidence in The North Face brand. I have photos of the product available and can provide them upon request.
