The North Face Outdoor Shoes Tore Quickly and My Warranty Claim Was Unfairly Rejected

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the outdoor shoes I purchased from The North Face. Despite being marketed and sold as durable footwear designed for rugged terrain, the shoes began to show serious signs of wear after only a short period of light, everyday use. Most notably, tears developed around the side areas — completely unacceptable for a product claiming to withstand harsher outdoor conditions.
I sent the shoes in for inspection under the two-year warranty, but my return and exchange request was rejected on the grounds of "user damage." However, given how carefully and appropriately the shoes were used, this level of damage clearly suggests a manufacturing defect, not misuse.
I demand that The North Face properly reassess my claim under the warranty. I expect either a full refund or an exchange for a new, undamaged product. This issue must be resolved promptly — customers should be able to trust that products labeled as "outdoor" can actually endure normal wear and tear!
