The North Face Hiking Shoes Torn and Worn Out in Less Than a Year

I purchased hiking shoes from The North Face, expecting quality given the brand's reputation. However, the shoes tore and came apart in less than a year, even though I only wore them during the winter season—approximately four months in total. I paid ₺6,000 for these shoes, and the level of wear and tear they’ve shown is unacceptable. I trusted this brand for its quality, but this experience has completely shattered that trust. I will never invest in The North Face products again unless they address this issue. I demand a resolution, whether through a replacement or a refund, as this level of product degradation is unworthy of such a high price point and brand name.
