I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the shoes we purchased from The North Face. Within just five months of normal use, the heel area of the shoes tore, and the adhesive along the sides started peeling off. Despite sending the shoes for inspection twice under warranty, our claim was repeatedly denied, citing "user error" as the reason.

When we left the shoes at the store for examination, they simply took a few photos and sent them off — and somehow concluded it was a washing-related issue without conducting a proper inspection. This kind of superficial evaluation is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand that promised full support at the time of purchase in case of any defects.

I demand that The North Face properly investigate this issue and honor the warranty as promised. Customers deserve a fair, thorough review when a product clearly fails under normal use conditions. Please address this issue urgently and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
