The Body Shop Sent the Wrong Product, Still Waiting for My Order After 10 Days

The Body Shop hasn’t sent my order! First, they sent someone else’s product, then took it back without giving me a choice, and now I’ve been waiting 10 days for my own order. When I call, they claim they can’t see my payment, even though I ordered directly from their website. I deeply regret this purchase – ₺1,300 down the drain. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and deliver my product.
