Shein Didn’t Send My Order or Refund Me After a Month

It’s been over a month since Shein took more than ₺20,000 from me, and I still haven’t received my products or a refund! There’s no way to contact anyone—no phone number, no response at all. This is incredibly frustrating, and I feel completely helpless. I demand that Shein either refund my money immediately or send my products. It’s unacceptable that there’s been no communication or resolution. Give me my money back or deliver my order now!
