I’ve Waited 28 Days But Still Haven’t Received My Refund from Kıyafet Sepeti

I placed an order on Kıyafet Sepeti, but shortly after, I was informed via phone that the color I requested was out of stock. I immediately asked for a refund, and they assured me the amount would be returned to my account within 10 to 15 days.

Well, it’s been 28 days, and I still haven’t received a single cent back. I’ve tried calling their customer support numerous times—sometimes they answer and say “please hold, I’ll transfer you,” then the call drops. Other times, they simply don’t answer at all. I even messaged their WhatsApp support line, and while they promised they’d follow up, no one ever did.

This level of neglect and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I’ve been more than patient, but clearly that means nothing to this company. I demand an immediate refund and expect Kıyafet Sepeti to honor their word and treat their customers with respect. No one should have to beg for money that is rightfully theirs.
