Unauthorized Charge by Testora on TD Bank Card

Today, an amount of 29.99 USD was withdrawn from my TD bank card under the name of Testora, even though I do not have any subscription with your company and have not given any payment approval. This transaction is completely unauthorized and I noticed it only when I checked my account today. I have not contacted my bank or Testora before this; I was directed straight to this platform when I wanted to investigate and resolve the issue. Since there is no subscription that I knowingly started or approved, I consider this payment unjustified. I request that the unauthorized 29.99 USD charged to my TD card be fully refunded as soon as possible and that you confirm that no further charges will be made to my account without my explicit consent.
