Testora Free Trial Turned Into A Subscription Without Consent

I started using the Testora app on a free trial, and without my clear approval this trial turned into a paid subscription. On 02/23/2026, I was charged $24.99 even though I did not knowingly consent to continue with a paid plan. Since noticing the charge, I have tried to find a way to cancel the subscription and contact customer service, but I have had difficulty locating any clear website or support channel for Testora. I am not even fully sure which platform the payment was processed through, as I believe it may have been the Apple Store but I cannot confirm this from memory. I request a full refund of the $24.99 that was charged on 02/23/2026 and the immediate cancellation of my subscription so that no further payments are taken from my account. I also ask that clear information be provided on how to manage or cancel any subscription related to this app to prevent similar issues in the future.
