WePlay Parental Control Password Forgotten and Cannot Be Reset

I am using the WePlay game and I want the parental control password to be removed. My device is in parental control mode and an access password is required, but I do not know or remember this password, so I cannot turn off parental control. Because of this, I cannot use the game freely or change any settings. I clearly request that the parental control password on my account/device be completely deleted or disabled and that parental control be turned off. I ask you to remove parental control on my account/device as soon as possible and ensure that the game can be used normally without needing this password.
