Testora Unauthorized Charge Refund And Subscription Cancellation

Today an amount of 33 dollars was wrongly charged to my Mastercard debit card for a Testora subscription. I did not approve or do not accept this payment and I consider this transaction to be incorrect. After noticing the charge, I contacted Testora customer service, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback is making the situation even more worrying for me, as my card information is still registered with you. I request that the 33 dollar payment be fully refunded, my Testora subscription be completely cancelled, and all my bank card details be permanently removed from your systems and database. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved urgently and to be informed in writing once these actions have been taken.
