Testora Charges $9.67 and $54.88 Without Authorization on Mastercard

I am writing regarding two unexpected debits from an application or service called “Testora” that appeared on my Mastercard while I was in Canada. On March 12, I was charged 9.67 USD, and on March 19, I was charged 54.88 USD. I did not intend to purchase anything from this service. I remember seeing a Testora test, but as soon as I saw that I had to pay, I closed it and did not confirm or authorize any payment or subscription. Despite this, these amounts were still debited from my card. I have not contacted Testora or my bank yet; this complaint is my first step to resolve the situation. I request a full refund of both transactions, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to my card through Testora, and the permanent blocking of any future charges from Testora to my Mastercard.
