Testora Cancellation And Refund Request

I signed up for a trial with Testora IQ and was later charged 29.99 on 4/5/2026 via my debit card, even though I only intended to use the trial version. I was not expecting a recurring charge and did not knowingly consent to this payment. I have not yet contacted Testora IQ customer service about this issue. I am requesting that my Testora IQ subscription be cancelled and that the 29.99 charged on 4/5/2026 be fully refunded, and I would like confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my debit card.
