Unauthorised Testora Charge On My Account!

I am writing to report an unauthorised transaction made through the Testora IQ App and to request an immediate refund. On 5 April, a charge of $58.09 AUD was taken from my St.George account by Testora IQ App without my authorisation or clear consent for any paid service. I do not know what product, subscription or service this payment is supposedly for, and I have not received any email, invoice or clear information from Testora IQ App. I did not knowingly approve any recurring payment or subscription, and I regard this transaction as unauthorised and unacceptable. I request an immediate full refund of the $58.09 AUD taken from my account and the immediate cancellation of any subscription, membership or recurring payment that may have been started in my name without my clear consent. I also expect written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account in the future. I am based in Australia and use a St.George account, and I am prepared to share any necessary bank statement details or screenshots directly with you through the official support channels so this issue can be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
