Testora Complaint About The Unauthorisation Payment

I used Testora only once to take an IQ test, as a one‑time service, and I did not agree to any recurring payments or subscriptions. However, when checking my bank statement this month, I discovered an unauthorized charge from TESTORA-TRAIN-IQ FUNNEL.TESTORUS on 23/09/2026 for 319.84 HKD (39.98 USD). I did not consent to this payment, nor was I clearly informed about any ongoing charges after the IQ test. I consider this a completely unauthorized transaction. I contacted my bank about this charge, but they informed me that they cannot do anything to reverse the payment. I request that this payment of 319.84 HKD (39.98 USD) dated 23/09/2026 be fully refunded and that any possible subscription or automatic billing linked to my card or account be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are made without my explicit consent.
