Unauthorised £29.59 Taken From My Card - Testora
On 16 July 2026 I took an online IQ test with Testora IQ and paid a one‑off fee of £5.13. At no point did I knowingly sign up for any form of subscription or recurring payment. Despite this, on 23 July 2026 an additional £29.59 was taken from my card by “testora-tran-iq” without my authorisation. I did not agree to this charge and I consider it an unfair and misleading practice, especially as UK banks expect customers to contact the company first in such cases. I request that Testora IQ immediately refunds the unauthorised £29.59 to the same card that was charged and confirms that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details is cancelled so that no further sums are taken from my account.
