TESTORA-IQ Charged Me for an Unauthorized Subscription After IQ Test
On June 22, 2026, I took an IQ test through TESTORA-IQ and paid only to see my test results. I very clearly intended to make a one‑time purchase, but after this payment, I discovered that I had been placed on a recurring monthly subscription that I did not approve or knowingly consent to. On my Capital One account in the USA, there is currently a pending subscription charge from “APP-TESTORA-IQ” in the amount of $39.98. This subscription is unauthorized, and I consider it to be an unfair and misleading billing practice. I do not see any clear information showing that I agreed to a monthly subscription, and I did not knowingly give my consent for recurring charges. I request the immediate cancellation of this unwanted subscription, a full refund of the $39.98 pending subscription charge, and the deletion of all my personal data from your systems related to this subscription. If this situation is not promptly resolved and the charge is not reversed, I will proceed with reporting this as fraud to my bank and to the relevant authorities. I expect you to handle this matter urgently and to confirm in writing that the subscription has been canceled, the refund has been issued, and my data has been deleted.
