Testora Charged After IQ Test Without Consent

I used the IQ test service by Testora via Facebook on 7 April 2026 and, at the end of the test, I was clearly informed that the service cost 1 USD, which I paid via PayPal. However, without any prior information about a subscription or recurring payment, I was charged again on 14 April 2026 for 29.99 USD, an amount I never consented to. I never received any email or message from Testora informing me of subscription terms, automatic renewal, or any additional fee beyond the initial 1 USD. I submitted a refund request to PayPal, but my demand has not been taken into account so far, even though this second charge was not clearly presented or accepted by me. I kindly request the immediate refund of the 29.99 USD taken on 14 April 2026 without my consent and, if any subscription has been created in my name, I ask that it be cancelled at once so that no further charges are made in the future.
