TESTORA-PRO-IQ Subscription Cancellation and Refund Request
I have a monthly subscription with TESTORA-PRO-IQ in the US, for which I was charged $29.99 on April 2, 2026. I would like my account to be canceled and the most recent charge to be refunded. As of now, I have not been able to cancel my account or receive a refund through any clear process on your side. I am requesting that my TESTORA-PRO-IQ account be canceled and that the $29.99 charged on April 2, 2026, be fully refunded to me. I kindly ask you to process the account cancellation and refund as soon as possible and to confirm this to me in writing.
