I am writing to complain about unauthorized charges taken by the Testora IQ service. I originally agreed only to a small test payment of about $1, which was presented as a free or trial offer, and I clearly did not consent to any ongoing subscription or a $29.99 charge. Despite this, a payment related to Testora IQ for around $29.99 was taken from my account on March 2, 2026. I am on a fixed income and would never knowingly approve such recurring charges, especially when something is advertised as free. I did not download or use the Testora IQ app itself; I was directed to this through a third‑party ad on my Android phone, and that is how my card details were captured. At no point was I clearly informed that I would be enrolled in a paid subscription or that further amounts beyond the initial test payment would be withdrawn. I feel this practice is misleading and results in people having money taken without genuine permission. After noticing this situation, I decided to cancel my card entirely to prevent Testora IQ from taking any more money from my account. I am extremely dissatisfied that I have had to take this step just to protect my limited income. I request that any and all subscriptions or accounts associated with my details be immediately cancelled and that no further charges be made under any circumstances. My contact details used at sign‑up are the email address wendy***[email protected] and the phone number 720‑429‑9***. I also request written confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that no further amounts will be debited from my account.
