Tesla Can’t Supply Safety Parts After My Model Y Juniper Accident
I was involved in an accident with my Tesla Model Y Juniper last month, and as a result, the left front seat belt and the pedestrian protection charge need to be replaced. However, nearly a month has passed, and we still cannot obtain these parts through Tesla.
The service center is trying to manage the entire process through Tesla, but despite this, I have not been given any clear information about when the required parts will be supplied. Because of this uncertainty, my vehicle is still waiting, remains unusable, and I am left without a clear timeline.
I request that Tesla provide a clear, definite, and written delivery date for the required parts and that the parts supply process be expedited as soon as possible.
