Tesla is Not Repairing My Model Y

On 17 November 2025, I had an accident with my Tesla Model Y on the Konya ring road while travelling from Konya to Ankara. Since that date, my vehicle has been waiting for repair at Tur Oto, the Tesla-contracted authorised service in Ankara. I do not have any complaint about the service; the main problem is that Tesla cannot supply the necessary parts. Despite the time that has passed, I have not received any clear information about when the car will be repaired and delivered to me. Although the legal period of 45 working days for the completion of the repair has expired as of today, this uncertainty still continues. During this period, I contacted Tesla 5 times and Tur Oto 3 times. I was first told that the vehicle would be ready on 22 December, then 5 January, later postponed to 13 January, and finally I was told that it might be 19 January, but that even this date was not certain. I cannot understand why Tesla is victimising me despite this parts supply problem, which stems entirely from Tesla, cannot give any definite date, and also rejected my request for a replacement vehicle. All repair costs are covered by my insurance company, yet I am left without a car for a long time and with no clear schedule. My vehicle’s licence plate number is 06 **G 167. I request that Tesla urgently supply the missing parts, complete the repair of my vehicle, and provide a replacement vehicle to compensate for my grievance during this long repair period. In addition, if so many vehicles are allegedly waiting at the service due to spare parts supply problems, I believe Tesla must solve this issue while continuing sales in Türkiye and must not victimize its existing customers.
