Ever since the unfortunate incident involving my Tesla Model Y, my car has been patiently waiting for the necessary parts at the authorized service center since 04/03/2024. We still don't have an estimated date for when the front bumper and seat cushion replacements will be available. It's frustrating that Tesla, a company renowned for pushing the boundaries of technology, is unable to give a clear timeline for a front bumper replacement. It appears that a lot of users have been expressing this same concern. Tesla is about to learn the importance of customer satisfaction for sales as they enter the Turkish market. The parts I'm waiting for are basic bodywork components. Waiting for a critical part would be an unimaginable situation. It's important for potential Tesla buyers to carefully consider this situation.
