On May 2nd, 2024, I got into a car accident with my Tesla. Unfortunately, my vehicle sustained some damage. We gotta replace the door and fender on the left side. It's been a whopping 70 days since the accident, all the way up until 14/04/2024, and we're still waiting on those darn parts to be procured. We've been told about the long customs procedures, but we're still waiting for the parts to arrive. I'm really worried about not knowing when the delivery will happen and not being sure about what happens after it's delivered. I'm let down as a Tesla owner. I'm really upset about this inconvenience and thinking about filing complaints with all the necessary authorities. I need help protecting all of my rights, both tangible and intangible.
