Temu Did Not Refund Me After I Canceled My Orders

60I bought some stuff through Temu on April 18 and April 20, but I canceled both orders immediately. I canceled right away, but I still haven't gotten my refund. I was informed that a refund was sent to my bank account and even received a transaction slip, but when I reached out to my bank, they said that no refund had actually been processed. I’m pretty disappointed with how this situation has been dealt with. The wait has really stretched out longer than I think is fair, especially for something as simple as a canceled order. Please refund my money as soon as possible, without any more delays. Thank you! I thought this would go a lot more smoothly, and I really wish I hadn’t had to spend so much time checking in on it.
