Temu Did Not Refund Me After I Canceled My Orders

I bought some stuff through Temu on April 18 and April 20, but I canceled both orders immediately. I canceled right away, but I still haven't gotten my refund. I was informed that a refund was sent to my bank account and even received a transaction slip, but when I reached out to my bank, they said that no refund had actually been processed. I’m pretty disappointed with how this situation has been dealt with. The wait has really stretched out longer than I think is fair, especially for something as simple as a canceled order. Please refund my money as soon as possible, without any more delays. Thank you! I thought this would go a lot more smoothly, and I really wish I hadn’t had to spend so much time checking in on it.

Today, the deadline they committed to has also passed. There is still no progress. I want my refund to be processed immediately.

I created a support request. However, they still tell me to contact the bank, and I have already spoken with the bank. They said there was no refunded amount. They never solve the problem. I will never shop again. I will tell everyone around me about this situation and share it with the masses on social media; such irresponsibility is unacceptable. This is the first time I am experiencing such an issue with a company.
