Temu: Missing Refunds After Order Cancellation and Unresponsive Support
Although I canceled two orders on Temu on the same day, they claim the payment has been refunded. However, no money has been credited to my account, and the bank cannot find any such transaction. I’ve checked multiple times and even waited a few extra days just in case there was a delay, but nothing changed. There’s nowhere I can turn to for a solution—Temu has been a complete disappointment. Their customer service is unresponsive and provides generic answers that don't resolve the issue. On top of that, they send a so-called "valid refund proof" document, which is invalid, and it’s impossible to reach anyone for support.
