Although I canceled two orders on Temu on the same day, they claim the payment has been refunded. However, no money has been credited to my account, and the bank cannot find any such transaction. I’ve checked multiple times and even waited a few extra days just in case there was a delay, but nothing changed. There’s nowhere I can turn to for a solution—Temu has been a complete disappointment.
