Temu Has Not Refunded My Money for Over a Month Despite Approval
Temu has not refunded my money to my account for over a month. They tried to blame the bank, but there is no payment received by the bank. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they only gave me generic responses without any real help. Even though the refund was approved on February 2nd, I still haven’t received my money. It feels like they are intentionally delaying the process, hoping I will give up. I will never shop with them again, and I do not recommend them to anyone. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a supposedly reputable brand.
They still haven't deposited my money, it's been two months.
