Temu Has Not Refunded Me for a Canceled Order Even After Two Months

I accidentally ordered the wrong product on Temu and promptly canceled the order as soon as I noticed the mistake. It’s been over two months, and I’m still waiting for my refund. During this period, I reached out to their support team several times. Every time I reached out, they assured me they were addressing the issue and that the refund was underway, yet nothing has improved. I feel like I've been misled and kept uninformed. It’s frustrating to rely on a platform that takes so much time to handle a straightforward refund problem. After this experience, I will not be placing any more orders with Temu. I simply want a refund for a product I canceled immediately.
