I Still Haven’t Received My Refund After Canceling My Temu Order

On January 16, 2025, I placed an order on Temu, but canceled it immediately after payment. The app confirmed the cancellation and stated that my refund would be processed back to my Visa card between January 23 and February 5. As of now—well past that time frame—I still haven’t received any refund.

I contacted my bank, and they told me to follow up with Temu's customer service, which I did. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any real help or solution. It’s unacceptable to be kept waiting this long for a simple refund on an order I never received.

Temu, you need to process my refund immediately and improve your support system. I’m extremely frustrated and expect this to be resolved without further delay.

As you said, I contacted the banking service, but they said that your refund was not visible and that there was no approval. I was told that I needed to contact Temu customer service.
