Then, I was told on January 4, 2025, that the refund would be issued by that date. Today is January 24, 2025, and I still haven’t received my refund. Despite dozens of follow-ups, sending my bank statements, and showing proof of the cancellation, I’ve received no resolution. It's frustrating that they are quick to take money but completely neglect issuing refunds. Temu needs to resolve this matter immediately and ensure that refunds are processed without unnecessary delays.
