Temu Fails to Refund After 24 Days of Canceled Order

I placed an order on Temu on September 19, and canceled it the same day. I was informed that my refund would be processed within 15 days at the latest. However, it’s now been 23-24 days, and I still haven’t received any refund. I’ve contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been processed. When I reached out to Temu, they claim the refund has been issued. This situation is completely unacceptable—Temu is not returning my money, and I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and process my refund without further delay.
