I Face Shipping Delays After Temu Order Stops Updating

On December 3, I placed an order for a computer keyboard on Temu. My order number is PO-203-15358442837111017. According to the shipping tracking, the last update shows that the package was received by the customs clearance company on Saturday, December 13, 2025. However, since that date, there has been no update for approximately four days, and the shipment has not progressed at all.

When I try to contact Temu, I only encounter automated customer service bots, and I receive the same generic responses every time. I am unable to get any clear information about my shipment, and there is no solution-oriented support. Instead, I feel like I am being repeatedly stalled without any real assistance.

I request that my product be processed by the shipping company and delivered to me as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I ask that the reason for the delay be clearly explained and that my payment be fully refunded.
