Urgent Refund Request – Temu Order

I placed an order with the number PO-203-16254830103590280 on March 6, 2025 at 19:58 through Temu. Just 1 minute after placing the order, I submitted a return request. As of today, 76 days have passed. This means 46 days have passed beyond Temu’s promise of a “refund within 30 days.” Temu has not fulfilled its commitment to refund within 30 days. To make matters worse, for the past two weeks, I have been receiving repeated, vague responses such as “please wait 2-3 more days” or “you’ll be informed within 24-48 hours,” which only serve to delay and stall the process. I urgently request that my money be refunded to my account immediately. This process has dragged on far too long. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue promptly and positively by issuing my refund without any further delay.
