Temu Refund Not Received After Order Cancellation

I ordered items from Temu on October 24 under order number PO-147-13923492442233648, and a few minutes later I canceled the order on October 25, before the items were shipped, so I did not need to return anything. I requested a refund from Temu, and they provided a refund proof with a receive range of October 28 to November 5. That timeframe has passed, and after contacting my bank and giving them the refund ID TP-147-13923458386553648-p01, along with the proof of refund and all other requested details, they confirmed that no refund ever came in. Unfortunately, Temu’s automated customer service is not helpful at all, and I would appreciate having this issue resolved.
