I Canceled My Temu Order Within 2 Minutes but Still Haven’t Received My ₺1801 Refund

I accidentally confirmed a purchase on Temu, but I realized the mistake immediately and canceled the order within just 2 minutes. The app showed me a confirmation screen indicating the cancellation was successful. However, even after more than a month, I have not received any refund to my account.
I followed up with my bank (Garanti BBVA) and submitted a dispute request. Below is the message I received from them:
"Your dispute request for a transaction amounting to ₺1801.20 on your card ending in 6033 has been received. Please note that according to international card organization rules, resolving this issue may take 60–180 days. You can follow the status of your dispute via Garanti BBVA mobile/internet banking."
While my bank has done its part, I am extremely disappointed that Temu has not issued the refund themselves or provided any support throughout this process. It should not take a chargeback and a multi-month wait to get a refund for an order that I canceled immediately. I kindly urge Temu’s customer support to assist me directly, issue my ₺1801.20 refund, and improve their cancellation and support processes.
