Samsung Dishwasher Baskets Rusted and I’m Charged ₺6000 for Replacement
Both the top and lower baskets in my Samsung DW60H5050FS dishwasher have started to rust where they connect to each other, even though they are supposed to be made of stainless steel. I called the service team, but my warranty had already ended. They told me that this would be seen as a user error, and that I would have to pay for a new one. When I asked for a price, I was told it would cost ₺6000. It's hard for me to think that a brand like Samsung would say it's the user's fault when a stainless steel material rusts. I was hoping for a lot more. The technician even casually offered that I just let it be, even though he knew I wouldn't. I'm very unhappy and am making this complaint because of it.

They closed the issue by offering a small discount on the product they called stainless. This is really an action unworthy of the Samsung brand. I will go to the Consumer Court.
