Teka DW 605 S Washing Machine Basket Rust Issue

I live in a flat within a public housing complex with 678 neighbors. The constructor supplied flats with TEKA DW 605 S model washing machines. However, we discovered that the machine's baskets tend to rust, both upper and lower. I've received similar complaints from my neighbors. After researching online, I found that other public housing sites also use the same model washing machine and have the same complaints. This is evidently a quality issue that the manufacturer should compensate for, as it affects a large number of users. Almost all users are experiencing rust with their machine's baskets. I reached out to the distributor, but they offered to sell me two baskets at a price almost equivalent to that of a new washing machine, which is unreasonable and doesn't make sense. Numerous users have shared their complaints and feedback on online platforms, and I want to express my disappointment here too. I'm dissatisfied with TEKA's product quality and after-sales service. I won't recommend them to anyone based on this experience.
