My Teka dishwasher has had problems since the very first day. The machine constantly shows an E4 error, the door does not close properly, and the installation was not done correctly. I have been dealing with these issues for approximately four months.
The product was installed by the contractor company through the Teka Çorlu dealer. Due to the dealer’s lack of interest, the entire process was significantly delayed. The Çorlu Teka dealer charged me $92 USD for a residual current device (leakage relay), but despite four months passing, this part has still not been delivered or installed. Even after repeatedly waiting and following up, no action was taken.
Because neither the dealer nor the authorized service has provided proper follow-up or communication, I have been left in a difficult situation and cannot use the dishwasher efficiently. Due to all these issues, I request that this dishwasher, which I believe to be defective, be replaced, that the installation of the replacement product be completed fully and correctly, and that the $92 USD I paid for the leakage relay be fully reimbursed. I also request that Teka investigate the negligent conduct of the Çorlu dealer.
