Beko Refrigerator And Dishwasher Not Delivered Despite Full Payment

On April 2, I purchased a Beko refrigerator and dishwasher, and I requested that they be delivered to my new address on October 24. I also paid an additional ₺4,500 for the delivery fee by credit card. The total cost of the products was ₺47,700, so I paid ₺52,200 in total. I had my invoice issued on November 14, and from that date, my products were covered under warranty. Since October 24, my appliances have not been delivered, and I have had to live almost a month without a refrigerator. Every time I call, I’m given a different excuse: no stock, in production, an issue with the dealer, and so on. Despite speaking with customer service many times, no clear solution has been offered, and I’m consistently told to keep waiting. My dealer refuses my refund request and insists that I have no choice but to wait. My request for a temporary refrigerator to address my hardship was also denied. My order number is ear2025000002105. I request that the issues I have experienced be resolved and that the total amount I paid be refunded due to the failure to deliver my products.
