Despite being advertised as the latest model with the best features, the Electrolux ESA47210SX dishwasher purchased through the Teknosa website continues to have issues. Even though it has only been 42 days since installation, it leaks dirty water from the upper vent after completing the drying program from the first day of installation. In this situation, both the washing and drying functions are rendered useless. We are forced to manually rinse and dry the dishes after each washing cycle. After we reported our complaint, technical specialists from the authorized service center arrived, but they only performed a cursory inspection of the machine. We showed them a video of our complaint, but they left, promising to relay this information but providing an incomplete report. For weeks, we received no response. Finally, the entire surface layer of the machine's door was covered in rust after yesterday's dishwashing cycle. Rust splotches covered the entire surface. Given that our previous machine lasted 20 years and never rusted, seeing that this new technology is completely useless is disappointing. I demand that the parties responsible intervene immediately and replace the machine.
