My Electrolux ESM48310SX dishwasher gave an i5H error on July 23, 2024. After I reported the issue, the Electrolux service in Çorlu, Tekirdağ took the product to their workshop. When they returned it on July 31, the machine showed the exact same i5H error during the very first run.
I contacted customer service again and created a new service request. On August 2, the product was taken back to the service center. Since then, I have been without my dishwasher for a total of 56 days, and I am unable to use it.
Every time I call the service, I am told they are “waiting for spare parts.” Customer service only states that my complaint has been received and that I will be informed, but I have never received any updates. The product is under warranty, and all repairs so far have been carried out free of charge. My service record number is TDA2023000001837.
According to warranty rules, repairs must be completed within 20 business days, yet my product has been left unrepaired for 56 days without any solution. I demand either a refund or a replacement unit, since it is now clear that the product cannot be repaired.
I request that my grievance be resolved without further delay.
