My SBI fund transfer failed but money deducted, what should I do next?

If your SBI fund transfer failed but the money was deducted, first check the transaction status in YONO/Internet Banking → Transaction History; if it shows failed or reversed, SBI usually auto-credits the amount back within 2–7 working days (often sooner for IMPS/UPI).

If the money doesn’t return after 7 working days, raise a complaint immediately through YONO → Service Requests → Complaints → Failed Transaction, or call SBI customer care and note the complaint/reference number.

Keep your transaction ID, date, amount, and beneficiary details handy — this speeds resolution.

For UPI/IMPS, you can also raise the issue with the receiving bank, but SBI is responsible for reversing the debit.
