Namaste Teen Patti Withdrawal Not Credited to My SBI Bank Account

I am a user of the Namaste Teen Patti game, and I am writing about a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account. On 20 May at 7:13 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of ₹520 from the game to my SBI bank account. Even though 5 days have passed since the request, the amount has still not been received in my bank. I have submitted complaints to Namaste Teen Patti customer support about this issue several times, but I keep getting the same reply each time, and my problem is not actually being resolved. There is no clear information about where my money is or when it will be credited. I request that the ₹520 be immediately credited to my SBI bank account or that I receive a clear and satisfactory explanation about the status of this withdrawal and the delay. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
