I attempted to deposit 5,000 rupees into my Paarimatch account via UPI on December 31, 2025. The transaction failed, yet the amount was debited from my SBI bank account. However, the funds were neither credited to my Paarimatch wallet nor refunded back to my bank account. After this issue occurred, I raised a support ticket with Paarimatch, but the ticket remains pending and I have not received any response or resolution so far. My money has effectively been stuck since that date, with no clear update provided.
