I am using the Teen Patti Dhan application and submitted a withdrawal request of ₹520 to my SBI bank account in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. The withdrawal was made with the order/transaction ID 1003588367220260430011631, with submission time around 01:16 AM on 30 April. However, the exchange amount of ₹520 has still not been received in my bank account and the status in the app only shows “Processing”. I contacted Teen Patti Dhan customer support and sent them a screenshot of the issue. On the technical side, the message I am seeing mentions that the URI is empty and httprequest is null, and I believe this error is preventing the withdrawal from being completed properly. Despite this, I have not received a proper solution and the money remains stuck. I request that Teen Patti Dhan immediately completes this withdrawal and credits the ₹520 to my linked SBI bank account (Account No: 40773636***, IFSC: SBIN0015***), instead of refunding it back to my app wallet, and also fixes this technical problem so that such issues do not occur again.
