PhonePe Shows Success But Money Not Credited To SBI Account
On 29 November at around 12:40, I deposited an amount of 10,000 rupees through PhonePe into my own SBI account. The money was debited from my balance, but the amount was never credited to my SBI account. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the transaction is showing as successful on their side, but in reality the money has not been credited to my account. This situation has caused me both financial and mental stress, as a large amount is stuck without any clear resolution. I request that this issue be urgently checked again and that the 10,000 rupees be immediately credited to my SBI account. I also request a clear confirmation of the correction so that I do not face such a problem again in the future.
