Instamatch 365 Withdrawal Pending And Account Blocked

I am writing to raise a serious issue regarding a failed withdrawal of Rs 5,000 from my Instamatch 365 account to my SBI bank account, which has still not been credited. I attempted withdrawals on two different dates, 22 April 2026 and 5 May 2026, but the amount has not been received in my SBI account in Yazali, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have only been given time frames such as 24 hours, 5–7 days, and 7–14 days, but nothing has been resolved and no clear explanation has been provided. On top of this, my Instamatch 365 account has now been blocked. My Instamatch 365 username is “tabayamiLP” and my user ID is 6852***. My registered email address is taba***@gmail.com and my contact number is 7085783***. I request that the pending amount of Rs 5,000 be immediately credited to my SBI account without any further delay and that my Instamatch 365 account be unblocked so I can access my funds and continue using the service. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and for the blocking of my account.
