I Face Teen Patti Dhan Withdrawal Not Received After 9 Days

I am writing to report a withdrawal issue I am experiencing on the Teen Patti Dhan app. On April 2, 2026, I requested three separate withdrawals of ₹1,000 each, totaling ₹3,000, to my State Bank of India account ending in 1261.

For the past 8 to 9 days, the status of these withdrawals has been showing as “Already Dunned,” but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. This delay is causing serious inconvenience, as the funds are neither available in my game account nor in my bank account.

I contacted Teen Patti Dhan customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. I kindly request that my pending withdrawals of ₹3,000 be processed immediately and credited to my SBI account ending in 1261, or that I be provided with a clear explanation and prompt resolution without any further delay.
