My Failed PhonePe Deposit to Parimatch Was Never Refunded

I am writing regarding a failed transaction made through PhonePe from my number 77356038** to my SBI-linked Parimatch account. On 9 May, I attempted to deposit ₹500 via PhonePe to SBI account number 393902299** for adding funds to my Parimatch account. The transaction status showed as failed, yet the amount of ₹500 has not been refunded to my account. Despite the transaction being unsuccessful, the money has not been reversed to my original account or PhonePe balance. This has caused financial inconvenience, as I am unable to use the deducted funds and there is no clarity about the status of this transaction. I request that the deducted amount of ₹500 be immediately refunded to my original account or PhonePe balance and that the issue with this failed transaction be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
