SBI Missing Funds Issue After Transfer Not Reflected in Account

I hold a savings account with SBI Lakadia Branch, and on March 17, 2026, I made a transfer of ₹30,000, which has still not been credited to my SBI account. The transaction reference/UTR number is 94260317587461.

Although the amount has been debited, it has not reached my account to this day. On March 31, 2026, I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but despite following up, the problem remains unresolved. I have not received any clear explanation about the status of the transaction or where my money is currently held.

This delay has caused me serious inconvenience. I request that SBI urgently trace the transaction with UTR 94260317587461, immediately credit the missing ₹30,000 to my account, and provide appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
